Founded as part of Thulasi Ayurveda Chikitsalayam, Alanallur—established by Sri. E. K. Vidyanandan Vaidyar and continued by Dr. E. K. Ramanandan—our journey reflects over three generations of dedication to authentic Ayurvedic practice and healing traditions.
Initially established to meet the medicinal requirements of our own clinic and hospital, our unit has been involved in the manufacture of traditional Ayurvedic formulations for over 30 years. Each preparation is guided by time-tested family formulations and special combinations handed down by our forefathers, ensuring that the essence of true Ayurveda remains intact.
Our facility, now GMP certified, blends traditional methods of preparation with modern laboratory quality control systems, ensuring that every batch of medicine is pure, safe, and effective. We maintain a small-scale manufacturing model, allowing close supervision at every stage and the use of only the finest quality ingredients.
